This was the worst company I have ever had to deal with for a refund. I did not open the product and shipped it back to them. It took them three whole weeks after it arrived at their warehouse, and I still haven’t received a refund. Be wary of their refund policy

I have converted all my blinds on first floor to switch-bot blind tilt and extremely happy with it. I planning to buy more to apply the same solution to upstairs blinds.

I’ve yet to find a SwitchBot device I don’t like, the blind tilt included. I have all four of my bedroom windows set up, and it was a breeze to do so. Install is easy, device set up is easy, using the devices is easy. No complaints

Was a simple install. Wife loves the automation. Concidering the location of furniture vs blind wand, these make life easy. Blinds are opening/closing as scheduled. Looking at their other products now.

I absolutely love the blind tilt. I originally got one because I have a hard to reach window that I need open during the day but closed at night. I lived it so much I got more. I looked at getting smart blinds but couldn't find anything that worked like traditional blinds so I opted for this and am so happy that I did. I set the schedule to open and close with the sun. Now I never have to think about it again. The device is small and easy to overlook. The cords and solar panel are easily hidden by the blinds. Even though the window doesn't get the brightest light it seems to stay close to fully charged. I would definitely recommend! If you're thinking about it, stop just buy! You won't regret it.

Fitted in minutes and have made a big difference to the temperature of the house on sunny days. The solar panels are great as they work independently based on the light level at the window, not based on generic weather app data.
They also do a great job of keeping the batteries charged.
The latest firmware update also gave an option to group blinds making automation much easier.
This is my second set and the mounting has been improved to fit smaller blind housings.
My original mounts are starting to come away from the blind housing at they weren't as good as the new ones.

I live in Las Vegas where the summer days get to 118 degrees. I have a room with seven 2" blinds that I never opened in the summer and rarely opened in other seasons since it is a pain to synch opening the blinds every day and closing them every night. Switchbot has allowed me to have all the blinds open 60% in early morning, close to 40% in mid morning and close when the sun comes beating in - all automatically. It's like I have a new room in my house. Now if they could only do the same for 4" & 6" shutters!
