Complete Health Check-ups
① Health Check: We examine the entire body to ensure all functions are working properly. ② Replacement of Key Components: When key parts wear out, we replace them with new ones during the inspection to maintain optimal health.
Full Grooming & Cleaning
Replacement is required if the main body, drive wheels, or other exterior parts show signs of dirt or damage.
About Repair & Restoration Shipping
If you require the above services, please contact Customer Support. All shipping costs are free, from pickup at your home to delivery. Our designated carrier will collect the item from your home and carefully inspect and repair it.

For customers with KATA Friends One-Time Purchase Plan: If you already own KATA Friends One-Time Purchase Plan, purchasing the Essential Plan (monthly/annual) will not apply any benefits. Discount codes cannot be used and the purchase will be invalid.

Q: Do I need to subscribe to a Companion Care Plan?
