The S20 impressed me right from the start. The new mop roller exerts around 1 kg of pressure and therefore provides excellent wiping performance - I've rarely seen my floors so clean.
The improved drainer with integrated sieve is also very successful. This makes maintenance significantly easier compared to the S10.

The 10,000 Pa of suction force can be felt all right: I put it to the test with the most diverse types of dirt to vacuum and it has never disappointed me, almost always at the first step it collected everything with remarkable effectiveness, even on carpets where the previous model struggled more.

Was looking for a second vacuum robot, this time with a mopping function. I already have the K10+, it is now running in the basement and the new S20 is on the ground floor. The suction power is really strong, almost too much at max, normal or high is completely sufficient and saves battery. One battery charge can handle approx. 100 square meters for me without any problems.
